My slots net loss for Thursday 15 October was €120 in Tuhti's 06:00 to 05:59 counting day. On Friday 16 October at 12:15, the casino credited €12 as bonus money, using level 2's 10% rate. The method was an internal bonus credit, not a Zimpler bank payment.
The x10 requirement meant €120 of wagering within 24 hours. I completed it on Friday evening and had €9.80 left as real money. It reduced the damage from the earlier session. It did not make that session profitable.

Apply the relevant percentage to the qualifying net loss, then respect that tier's cap. My €120 loss sits inside level 2, so €120 × 10% produced €12. The next stage was separate: €12 × 10 produced €120 in wagering. Neither multiplication gave me a reason to make the original loss larger.
The tiers do not stack. You do not get level 1 and level 2 together because a day's play passed through both ranges. VIP's “up to” wording also matters. It describes a possible personal arrangement, not a guaranteed rate for every person who crosses the stated loss threshold.
If you are close to another tier, stop thinking about the tier. Extra losses remain extra losses. I would rather keep money in my OP account than spend it to qualify for a conditional fraction back. No orange button has improved that arithmetic yet.
Opting in and checking a credit
- Read the cashback rules and confirm the minimum €50 deposit requirement before playing.
- Select Osallistu, meaning Participate. The opt-in is done once and remains active.
- Count only eligible real-money slots play within the 06:00 to 05:59 period.
- Check which single tier applies and whether its cap changes the percentage calculation.
- Look for the bonus credit at 12:15 and read the x10 requirement with its 24-hour deadline.
- If something is missing, ask support with dates and account details before deciding to play again.
The counting day is not midnight to midnight. That is easy to miss when looking at a bank app's calendar or remembering a late evening session. I keep the casino period beside my notes instead of trying to reconstruct it from a deposit notification.
